Mystery Shopper Requirements

To become a mystery shopper with ASI Outsourcing, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age—All shoppers with ASI Outsourcing must be 18 years or older.
• Honest & Accurate—All your answers and comments must be honest, professional and objective. Your report will be read by the management and staff of the location visited, as part of their training and development programme.  Under no circumstances are offensive comments to be written in your reports.
• Reliable—All shoppers with ASI Outsourcing require to be reliable and committed. Assignments must be completed within the guidelines specified. The report must be completed and submitted within 24 hours of conducting the visit. ASI Outsourcing reserves the right to change or cancel scheduled assignments, in line with clients’ instructions.
• Remain anonymous—At no point during an assignment do you reveal yourself as a mystery shopper. Do not leave any notes or questionnaires visible to staff members. If you need to make any notes, ensure this is done discreetly or out of sight from any staff.
• Literate—You must have a good standard of literacy. All reports are to be completed in English, using correct spelling and grammar. Please ensure all reports are fully checked prior to being submitted.
• Computer Access—You must have access to a computer and the internet so you can apply for and submit your assignments. For some assignments you will be required to upload receipts and photographs, so access to a scanner or digital camera may be necessary.
